*Yawn*

You know what’s the worst part of the Devils’ recent swoon, Gentle Reader? The sheer, unrelenting boringness of it. This team, when it’s being functional, is all fun and exciting and spunky and four-liney and good at making Clemmer’s proclivity for being shitty beside the point. But when they’re not being functional, they’re the exact opposite. Watching the last few games has been like getting a lobotomy by hockey. Is this part of our payback for enjoying so many years of winning boringly? Having to suffer through game after game of losing boringly? Basically, what we’re saying is that if the Devils insist on sucking, could they do it with more flair?
