This morning was insane with email server issues and everyone waiting on ME to fix it. I really doubt the sanity of my bosses when they look to me as “tech” person. The fact that I’m the most tech savvy person they have on staff is pretty scary. Anyway, it was a long stressful morning and thought it was going to be a hell of a day. But low and behold I got it figured out (with a little help from some phone calls to our website dude and a Verizon dude) and ended up being the hero of the day!

And that is my story.

Anyway, I’m having fun in Montreal, I’m not too depressed by this. It’s frustrating but that’s exactly the way Caps and Pens fans must have felt earlier. Nothing is over yet, as the Flyers themselves showed in the 2nd round.

I took a quick road trip to Amarillo, Meg. I went to Palo Duro Canyon, then came back home. I saw some great scenery in pretty much each section of the trip. I’ll have some pictures up in a couple of days.

Good Guys was cute, I thought. I don’t like detective dramas myself, but I enjoy the comedy one every once in a while. They showed Fair Park and Deep Ellum and Thanks Giving Square and all kinds of stuff.
