It’s a million, billion degrees out, and it seems like it will NEVER rain enough that we’re not slaves every evening to watering our garden after work, so the notion of doing anything other than watering and then sitting inside in the air conditioning feeling sorry for ourselves is terrible. But I still managed to take a short walk after work today to try to get pictures that weren’t taken within our property lines. August is totally summer’s version of March, when a person doing 365 is ready to lose her mind at having to take pictures of the same damn crap over and over again. Like, sure, our garden is in full swing, and it’s light out when we get home, but who wants pictures of tomatoes every single day? Anyway, here’s a picture from a brief tooling around town.
This look up a street in our neighborhood is totally meant as a shout-out to the iconic "tree-lined street" picture of elizabeth’s. She’s the person who inspired us to become flickraholics, after all. –Schn.
