I don’t know what you are talking about regarding your camera stuff, but that is one gorgeous photo.
I am actually starting to believe in your hockey countdown. Despite it being 90 degrees here today, the leaves are starting to turn and the black walnut trees are giving up their goods. It sounded like artillery was hitting the roof this morning. All good signs that hockey can’t be far away.

:^:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Think of it as the sound of pucks hitting the boards in hockey practice! :D
And seriously, at the beginning of our “Yay! Summer’s over!” period, I have to admit that we’re really stretching it. But now? Now it’s really over. It is definitely early fall. I mean, sure, it’s in the mid-90s, but you know what? We didn’t hear a single cicada yesterday! WOO HOO!
Oh, your analogy with walnuts and pucks is much better than my walnuts/artillery one.
Mr. Tram is frequently away at the rink now too, as the wee ones start their hockey. A sure sign of fall – the stench of sweaty hockey gear in the basement
