I heard on the radio today somebody saying that the Devils could be helped by the fact that they’re playing Anaheim. Because the “Ducks have some problems right now.”

It didn’t work for the Stars, is all I’m saying.

The team basically has to have the kinds of problems a Mites on Ice team might have (like, say, not being able to skate from center ice to the blueline without falling over) for the Devils to capitalize on them.

Hey, IPB! I’m just catching up, been a rough week, working 6pm – 6am. At least I get paid hourly though, so ka-ching!

FWIW, I didn’t really mind when the Amazing/Super leagues didn’t have a goalie game starts quota. I just gave him flack because we’re guys, we can call each other asshats and still be cool. But really, it’s so rare that somebody’s goalie gets a shut out at the beginning of the week that we should be able to exploit it at the expense of being called a big fat doodie head (says a current GM of one Tim Thomas). But whats with the GS category? Is that starts? I can understand closing the the loophole but thats just doubling up and weighing the league too heavily towards the goalies.

Also, while I was the home opener I picked up a gift for the ookies (blagnetic bledule) but I’m not sure if they would want it now. What do you guys think should I send it to them anyways?

I think you should send it, but you should customize it first with imaginary scores for the games that have already happened. Maybe it’ll be less depressing that way.
