I was hoping they’d have a nice playoff run this year but it’s not looking good. I wish they could have drawn Detroit. SJ is just too much for them, unless Quick somehow returns to his early season form and Niemi is a disaster :/

They won the lottery, but if you aren’t in the top 5 to start, that doesn’t translate into the top pick. Whoever wins gets to move up 4 spots. Not being in the top 5 to start also means that you don’t have to send a GM or assistant GM to the show and you don’t have to answer questions – which I’m sure is fine w/Lou.

But I have noticed that this is a team that seems to have a hard time following instructions, possible ADHD problems, and needs a coach that scares the shit out of them. Apparently, having a GM that does that doesn’t help.
