Okay, Pierre grosses me out so much that I had to turn on my computer just to say, for the zillionth time, that I simply can’t stand him. CAN’T STAND HIM! SHUT UP, PIERRE! (I can’t imagine there’s ever been a wider gap between what the network producers think is good and what the actual viewing audience thinks is good than with Pierre McGuire.)

Yeah, I’m convinced that Pierre has pictures of many people in power at multiple networks in compromising situations with either farm animals, children, or both. I could see one network being stupid, but not so many, over so many years.

Seriously though, there’s exactly one team left in the Eastern Conference I don’t find gross so with this series I’m just hoping for ridiculous games.

There is a great deal of gross left in the playoffs, or, if not entirely gross, just deadly dull. I had been thinking that we’d be watching the Vancouver/Nashville game tonight, but then I realized that it would mean we’d either be watching the Canucks win or the Predators win. Who wants to spend a perfectly good Saturday night doing either of those things?

Yeah, that was my impression from them after cheering against them and for the Ducks. Grumble, grumble, stupid Preds…

But as it turns out, the Canucks/Preds game had the last laugh on me — sounds like we missed a really good one! Bummer for us, and good for everyone who was smart enough to be watching! :D
