I’d like to submit my nomination for Buffalo, NY as Hockeytown. I went to an Irish pub last night and they were playing the Lightening game instead of the Celtics. I would like to point out that my main purpose in choosing this place was to avoid hockey and see the Celtics. (I also wanted to cross them off my list of places I’ve seen on the Food Network. But still.)

I’m loving Ovechkin’s guarantees before every game. He keeps telling the media that the Caps “Will Win”. Seriously, calm down Messier. The whole thing loses it’s lustre if you just keep guaranteeing wins over and over again. Tool.

I know, but it made last year’s series against the Habs that much sweeter when the Caps lost! He’s like the d-bag in every Adam Sandler movie.
