I won’t be able to tell if the crowd boos him. I’ve turned off the sound because there’a something wrong with the audio on MSG+ and I’m getting an echo. What’s worse than Chico? An echoing Chico.

Yeah, another month without Zajac sucks. Maybe he’s just timing it so that his triumphant return will be just what the team needs to put on final awesome push to the playoffs?

I also worry that Langeritis is contangious. I was hoping Henrique and Larsson would be both be injured (lightly injured) so they wouldn’t play in tonight’s game.

Souray almost lost the game for us! With seconds to go, holding a one-goal lead, extra attacker for the Jackets, he casually passes it from his own goal line to the middle, right to the opposition. Took them another minute to get it out finally. GAH!!

I would almost bet that they will win in Buffalo tonight. The statbits gods have pointed out that the last time Dallas won in Buffalo in the regular season was in 1997 (Lindy’s first game as coach, funnily enough). The last time they won in Buffalo period was in the 1999 SC Finals. The statbits have to swing in Dallas’ favor at some point; and with the completely bizonkers luck the Sabres have had lately, a Dallas win is almost a given.

Pam I’m disappointed, I guess the cantankerous cast of characters here were the only ones booing Langer. At least he didn’t actually do anything. And what was with the Devils shooters in the shootout last night, I’m pretty sure they call it shootout because shots are supposed to be attempted. Or they invented the shootout so everyone can go home with a lollypop after the game and there’s only winners and not quite as much winners.
